What do I have to do to get AT&T to follow through with what they keep telling me they are going to do? I've told them repeatedly that I want my u-verse, my cell phones, and my direct tv accounts all consolidated into one bill and to have it on autopay. They keep saying that it's done but then each month I get notified that one of my bills is past due so I scramble to pay it. It is so aggravating!!!!!!!!!!!!
