That $99 installation charge was supposed to be waived and I shouldn't be charged for voice phone service either...I was told it was included in the 60 for the internet. I will be suing and canceling services from such a lying company. Horrible liars and employees I've dealt with so far. I will be letting everyone in my community know how awful you and we just moved hence the installation. What a shame..could have so many new clients yet you don't get them and you lose our service. I'll be in touch with my lawyer.
