I have been a customer of AT&T for about 9 years, I haven't had any billing issues since I started, but I changed by plans to unlimited and all of the sudden my bill.is in excess of 1200. 00. I have contacted customer service and no one is able to help.or correct the billing issues. Do I need to leave AT&T before someone does something. I don't want anything for free I just want my bill corrected. I need help. This is almost ridiculously at this point everyone is pointing fingers, but no one is willing to do anything. I need someone to help or I will cancel my account then contact my attorney to handle all fees and arbitration as this has gone on long enough.
