I got an email from you telling me that you cancelled me wireless service and more.
Thank you for contacting me, however, I am shocked of what you are doing with me. My 2 wireless numbers are suspended by me because I am abroad and you made that suspension. Now, not only do you want to charge me and disconnect our 2 lines, but you want to refer my account to collection agency.
For your knowledge, I transferred my mobile service from T Mobile to you but what did I get from you in return? Unfortunately the trying to refer me to the collection agency although I told you I am leaving, made suspension and gave you the dates of the beginning and ending of the suspension.
I hope you fix this problem; otherwise, I will transfer to another company, but before that I will make a complaint about what happened to me.
