How many people have you screwed out of paying to switch to AT&T? I submitted my final bill of $1054.65 and was told my submission is incomplete. I have the hard copy of the bill and now t-mobile has submitted what I haven't paid into collections. Now I no longer qualify to re-finance my house. Your sales people are liars and my bill was twice as much as T-mobile. I will grant that you fix that. Now, you are not fulfilling the buy out of my T-mobile contract? I have already filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and will be filing a complaint with the the Federal trade commission, Federal trade commission as well as the Arizona and Georgia attorney generals office. I'm tired of dealing with you as a company. You are the worse and I have plastered all over my Facebook warning people not to switch.
