Scam, scam & more scam the switcher offer is indeed scam, my offer has been in since April 22nd, I have not recieved a dime, I contacted RipOffRTeport.com, this will be handled accordingly, I am about to switch back to Verizon who by the way is cheaper & offers better customer service, I have spent hours on the phone with costumer service & also the third part Young whatever whom handles your switcher offer to no avail, 100+ hours, I have been patient but enough is enough, don't fall for it people, it is a scam & my husband has cancer & was promised a rate that was rescinded
