I recieved two Galaxy s7 on March 28th via Fedex, I also recieved a label to return my Verizon phones via USPS on March 29th, I have received collection notices from Verizon, I have come out of pocket $250 to keep my credit in good standing, I lost my tracking # & AT&T can't even give me an address as to where the phones were sent, the post office is trying to help me, I don't remember the exact time they were sent I also just recieved a call from the post office & they only keep on file 60 days & it is now July 25th, 2016 so that was in vain, I even called Verizon with the IMEI # & they are unable to track it as a lost phone? You crossed your T's & dotted your I's when you came up with this fraud offer, I also tried to give the phones back at the local Verizon store & was told I had to mail them, maybe because they didn't get a comission? I have made numerous calls & all in vain, I have done my best to solve this through your company & this is not working, if you can not help me resolve this I am taking this to small claims court, I fulfilled my end of the bargain & you did not, my husband has cancer & we switched to save money & the original price you gave us is not the price we are paying, that is besides the point, we can't afford to pay two bills, I think the switcher offer is a scam & if this is not resolved I will take it to small claims court, my phone number is [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information] the phones I turned in were a IPhone 6s+ & a IPhone 5, I have spent over 100 hrs trying to resolve this & no help with this...If you have any value in your customers problems, maybe I can get some answers
