So, this is a complicated problem and I don't know if anyone else has experienced this. I scheduled a payment July first, to be drawn from my debit card. However, ATT drew the payment from my other checking account, which did not have the funds for the payment. Two weeks later, i get an email saying my payment was returned. My bill is through the roof and ATT has now shut off my service, since my next payment is due. I have tried twice contacting ATT through their chat service. The first person I spoke to, Tom P., closed our chat without resolving my issue or answering my question. The second chat, no one ever responded to. I don't get paid until Friday, so I can only make a partial payment, but ATT will not restore my service without a payment in full.
