Ive had horrible experience with att reps asking to remove intl calls charge for $180.. I had no way to prove that I didn't make those calls and att showed no courtesy to help me.. They put me $15 intl plan .. But why should i pay a single penny if I didn't use their service.. Is this what i get for being att customer for 11 years??
I spoke to so called manager name Jahreef rodgers what was extremely rude and arrogant and didn't allow me to explain my situation... I spoke to 4 different reps and they were all so helpless...
