I've been having issues getting my military discount for my AT&T and Direct TV account. I tried to receive it when I first changed over to AT&T, and then again a little over 3 months ago when I added Direct TV. Each time I have been told that it would be applied to my account, but it has yet to receive it. I was told they had to send an email to my military email, but with the military changed its email system they can no longer send emails to military email addresses, also as a member of the military we are not allowed to make copies of a military I.D.. I explained this to the person I talked to the day I set up my Direct TV service, I can't remember a name, I was told it wasn't an issue and they talked to their manager, and it would be applied to my account. I was tod it would take no more than 2 billing cycles to be added. It has now been 4 and I've yet to receive it. I'm just trying to get some information on how to receive the discount. Thank you
