I have been with AT&T for over 10 years, had the unlimited data for as long as I can remember.
We activated a phone line I had suspended that was an old account that also had the Unlimited Data was told of a promotion that due to we never went over 20 GB we could save money by just getting the 20GB plan.
Now we always go over 20GB and the bill grows every month and were also convinced to get two tablets that were for free.
Now I am well of the laws and AT&T your in violation of the Customer Protection Law Act by manipulating the termination of a contract by getting us out of our unlimited data plan!
Either fix this or we will have to look into our next form of action.
