Hello,
Recently I recieved a notification on my android device saying that "75% of my add'l 1GB of shared dada added to your plan this billing period has been used." I was astonished to hear this because I was connected to a wifi source and couldn't believe that I used all that data. So I turned cellular data off as a result but this didn't stop the issue. I recieved another notification telling me another 1 GB of data has been added the next day. So without any other way, I decided to turn my phone off and hoped that would limit data usage. Unfortunately once again during the next morning, I got the same notification saying 75% of my additional 1 GB of data has been used despite my phone being turned off. I am honestly confused at this point. I cannot understand why 1 GB of data could have been used if at first I was connected to a wifi source, and then even when my phone was turned off. I would be pleased if someone could help to explain why I have been recieving these fees. I have Pokemon Go installed on my device(if that helps).
