I've had the MGR discount on my cell plan for years. We changed our cell plan about 3& 1/2 months ago. The last 3 cell bills have over-billed me $20.00 plus taxes each month, so I've called in each month to receive the credit. I was told that the billing should get updated and I should be billed the correct amount, but it's now the 3rd bill that I've been over-billed. Today I was told to call the AT&T Verification Team at 1-877-712-5791. That's a fax number. Can I talk to someone to get my billing fixed. I shouldn't have to call every month to correct the amount I'm billed. Can you help me? Thanks.
