Hello Community,
As many of you have undoubtedly heard, there has been a tragedy in France. We understand that many of our community have friends and family that live in France, and we want to make sure you have all the access you need to be able to contact them.
We can’t begin to heal the hurt that this tragedy has caused, however we want to help you stay connected during this time of need to the ones that matter most to you.
Between July 14th and July 17th, AT&T will waive or credit charges incurred for calls placed by AT&T’s customers from the United States to France. This includes landline, texting, and mobility (Postpaid and GoPhone) calls.
As with any emergency, text messaging is recommended due to the possibility of network congestion in the local area.
AT&T wireless customers can also text “NICE” to 20222 to donate $10 to Foundation de France. No text message fees apply. Your $10 donation will appear on your wireless bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance.
We Stand with France on Bastille Day.
Je vous remercie et restez forts,
Tim, Community Specialist
