Your customer service representatives/ manager/ financial services people are rude and no help and liars! I had a bill had arrangement set up for this past Fri that was paid in amnt of $425 (prior to that I had payment that returned because we had fraud on acct) on Fri after I made the pmnt of $425 I knew I still had a addtl past due pmnt so I called I to make arrangements I said I was able to pay this week by Thurs the representative on phone assured me there would be no interruption of service as long as I made the pmnt and would note acct! Today our phones were shut off. I call to find out why the rep said there was no arrangement I said yes there was she saw the notes in acct that I would pay Thurs but she couldn't help me she got a manager who also saw the same and said I should have known because no text was sent I said I had confirmation from a live person! Manager very rude also said she can't help well to me that's a problem - I have a disabled child & husband is a truck driver and our phones are needed all the reason I called Fri to make the arrangements and make sure we wouln 't be shut off and that is what I was told!!!??? I was with Verizon for 10 years never had a prob switched to ATT bills are way higher which I was told they would be lower another lie and now this! Shows me a incompetent company and people who work there!
