AT&T owes me a $980 credit towards my account. I purchased and they added unlimited Data to my account but did not remove my previous data packages. The result was $980 of data overage charges. This happened in March and I have called AT&T 12 times. They continue to tell me someone will call me back to authorize the credit. No one ever responds to me. I'm somewhat at a loss on what to do. Do I call the better business bureau? I've been a wireless customer since 1996 and have never been treated like this before. Very frustrated.
