I am being charged 15.00 for overage data and when my husband and I reviewed our phone settings this is what we found. We were sitting in our house where we have att wifi and both our phones were LTE and showing on my phone's hotspot. This seems impossible since we both had to go out and search our wifi and then click to change. I don't know how long this happened or how because I have never used a hotspot. How do I request this researched and my 15.00 back?
