Contract renewal

I ordered an upgrade (thought it was iPhone 6 PLUS-not). Have spent HOURS trying to get resolution for unusable new phone. The contract was for a working phone...NOT!!
2 different support efforts thru APPLE proved it is a phone issue. Since the phone doesn't WORK, contract should have been voided. NOT!!

I haven't had this phone but 6 days & have spent 3 of those looking for resolutions!

I do not want a replacement phone(I have an iPhone 6). Want contract voided!!!!!
