Horrible experience

So after many attempts at a resolution I am tired and weak from arguing and asking for someone other than a manager because that has gotten me nowhere. The whole AT&T brand is really not client friendly on resolutions to issues and concerns it seems more like the bottom dollar and that's it. Been a loyal customer for years and still get sub par service i get better customer service at a gas station. Basically every time I call I get nowhere if I ask for the managers boss why would they play games and say I am the boss there is no one above me? Seems like company's have evolve to some new management theory that I have never heard of. I am sure there is a department head and yet I was denied a method to contact them to resolve my issue and fix my problem that the manager seemed to avoid fixing. Is this how we treat our consumers in this day and age and not resolve issues? Maybe the AT&T should look into getting someone to manage the managers before anarchy takes over, but I think it's to late and I will be sure to spread the word to others with AT&T about the treatment and smoke screening of my issue and pretty much badgering, mocking and the use of deception.
