I recently switched to the family 4 plan, the one that has been advertised like crazy on tv, and my bill is no where close to the amount they advertise. When I was getting some new phones for my family I decided to switch plans because it was suppose to be cheaper. My first bill was $300+ dollars, but I was fine with that because of activation fees and all the other nonsense they charge you for. My bill has hovered around the $315 dollar mark for the past couple of months. Why is my bill so high? We never go over on the data usage, we barely use half of the 10 GB that I pay for. How can I get my bill down closer to the amount advertised? If not I will have to just cut my loses and switch to a phone company who doesn't try to screw me over.
