I've had AT&T for a while . I got a new phone before Christmas . And added a new line giving my daughter my old iPhone 5. Within a week my sons iPhone 5 stopped working so I called at&t and at&t said that I could get a new iPhone 6 for nothing because they were running a promo bogo if a new line was activated .to make very long story short I've been wIting for credit on my account which it u look I have been given. But it's not reflected in any of my bills. I should have been able to skip at least one month of paying but it hasn't happened. I'm wondering if while during the fiasco of all this it was recommended that I combine all my bills to save and still not any less. I don't know if the credits are actually subtracting from my bill or they are lost in space some where ? All I know is that my bill has never been less that 400.00 combined and one was over 500 . I've never skipped paying and when customer service agent told me I would get a credit for most of Bill . The entire thing was taken out of my checking account because of auto pay. It's a mess and I have called to reduce my cable package . I don't want to switch companies but I still haven't seen my bill go down.
