Went into an At&t store in WI on March 28th, husband wanted to check out new phones. The salesperson, Adam, approached us and started asking questions, long story short, he said if we move all wireless for 3 cells and a tablet, and with the but one get free and att next on 2 devices, uverse for internet, direct tv, and digital life...it would be $315 per mth. well i have yet to see that as our wireless alone is $250! We wirk full time and dont have hrs to spend at the store. The salesman kept promising to get it fixed and even his manager got involved. But both have made empty promises, wont return my text or calls, still dont have digital life either. we did this cause it was going to save us 100 per mth. still never received instructions on any rebates, or the free tv we are entitled too. Its like they just dont care anymore? i call into att and get transferred around. I told them i wanted the regional managers contact info but they wont reply. someone needs to resolve this b4 i file my full complaint with the CFPB, BBB, and FCC.
