Problems with my bill

Good morning,

 

I have been an AT&T customer for some time now and I would like to stay as a customer, but there has been many problems with my bill lately.

About two months ago I ordered two more Uverse boxes, I was told that the installation fee of $149 was going to be waived and the equiptment charge of $49 was also going to be waived, so I agreed to install two more boxes. I knew it was going to be an additional $10 a month for the boxes and I was okay with that. Well, the day of my appointment came and no one showed up. So I called AT&T and asked them about it and they said that I had to RE ORDER it and make a new appoitnment. So I did, little did I know they wouldn't waive the fews again so my next bill was outrageous.So I went on and chatted with someone and they fixed it & it went back down to how much it was supposed to be. Well, next month comes around and the fees are on the bill again! which is $600...DOUBLE what I normally pay. So i got on and chatted with someone again(today). I told him what happened and he said last month they did a one month courtesy credit, ONE month to which I was never told. So he went into my notes & waived the installation fee of $149 for good, but said he wasn't able to waive the $49. Which was strange considering they could do it the first time around BEFORE they missed my appointment. Then he told me there was a partial month fee for adding the boxes in the middle of the month, which makes sense but I was never told about.

So then comes my internet upgrade. I was on the phone with a man with AT&T a month or so ago and he asked if I would like to upgrade my internet. I asked if it would make my bill go up and he said no, your internet bill will remain the same. So I thought, okay cool let's do it!

So today when I was talking on chat, he told me my internet was actually an additional $15 a month, so i was given false information. I told him I wanted to go back down to what my internet used to be, and he told me if I did that I wouldnt get the discount anymore for going back down.

Basically, I am getting really upset with everything. My bill is supposed to be around $315 every month and now after all this it's around $455. I can't afford to pay so much and it's upsetting that I keep getting false information and surprise charges on my bill.
