Contract changed without informing the customer during upgrade

I was promised that when i upgraded that my contract will not change.  I find that I end up paying $60 more for my contract every month just because I fell for their upgrade tactics to make me pay more.  I have been with Cingular and AT &T for over 8 years and now it is time for me to change over when they refuse to go back to my original contract.
