Hello. This is Hassane *** (***). I don't really understand why you guys are charging that much since I got the phone from you guys...I don't know it's because I signed a two year contract that you are doing that. I'm international student a I'm not understanding nothing about my bills, I have received more bills than the actual time I have been using the phone. I have been receiving over $200 bills every which is not understandable. And whenever I call you guys,I don't get enough explanation about the bills,and online also,I see some charges that are not supposed to be here. I would prefer to be without a phone than actually paying over $200 every month for a phone bill
