Started new AT&T service at the end of Feb 2016 by buying 2 Samsung S6 phones under a buy one get one (BOGO) offer at Costco. Was told the monthly credit (including back credits to start of contract) for the second phone would appear by my 3rd AT&T bill. Did not receive the credit on my third bill but AT&T said it would post on the next bill and indicated they could see that my account qualified. The credit did not show up on my 4th bill and when I called AT&T again, they now said that there was no indication on my account that I was entitled to the BOGO credit(s) and that I should contact Costco. When I contacted Costco, they took my name and contact information and said they would have to talk to AT&T to get permission to do anything but that the person they needed to talk to was on vacation for the next week - I guess there is only one person competent to fix this really "complicated" issue. I was a Verizon customer for many years prior to this and I never had a billing problem. I would appreciate any help or direction that someone may have. Beyond that, I would advise anyone else to be careful.
