We were told at the AT&T store that at the end of the billing cycle.. Once the witless bill has been paid in full we would be able to transfer the Wireless to the DirectTV in order to take advantage of the Combined billing that we signed up for... I've tried with a $0 balance but still receiving the message that all 4 lines are ineligible... What do I do now??? My wireless acct# is *****... How can I resolve this issue before the new bill kicks in??
