I paid my past due amount and it's states my balance is $391. I spoke with a rep on 4/4/16 @ 1:00pm her name was Kat I changed the plan to unlimited due to we did the bundle because got Direct TV she stated it would be at least $40 cheaper than my normal bill. But it's not !!! It's $70 more please help me I can note afford that it's common sense we want to save money on our bill not male changes to make the bill more. I was on the phone with her over an hour and half so I don't think she knew what she was doing. Please let me know what she did wrong because my bill should be less than $325
