How the heck is it that my service is shut off after almost 9 months ago I walk into an att on pine in long Beach pay a $500.00 deposit on my phone $500.00 deposit on my "free" tablet. Pay all the activation and service and all that. I ASK while my rep. That was helping me was still on the phone with HQ or w/e "how long again of no late monthly payments until I get my deposit back " he assured me after double let checking with the other side of the account set up phone people six that's 6 months and I said " I assume it will credit back to my account you won't be handing me $1,000. Yes he said. The following day I go in calling the manager earlier that day to replace the tablet that was aciting up. I ask the manager to double check how many months he says see six no hiccups. So I ask him to ring me up for six months service. Loads my account up and he ensured me that my money would be reimbursed to my att account. Because everyone I work out on a fishing boat and am limited to my dryland time so I Kew I would be gone and thought the reimbursementwould cover my bill no I paid 900 to no reimbursement was out to sea my sevice shuts off and now I'm 200 dollars behind on my bill.
