Why am I still being billed for a Wireless Account That I requested to be Cancelled?

I requested already more than 3 times to have my AT&T Wireless Account to be cancelled because I have been Deployed Overseas to South Korea and have no desire to continue services with AT&T.

 

I have already sent copies of my Military PCS Orders and a Copy of my flight Itinerary to prove that I have been deployed but this billing still continues even though I am not utilizing that phone to make any Calls, Text Messages, or Downloading of any data.

 

I want this Wireless Account Suspended so I will no longer be billed for any services that I cannot and will not use.
