Poor Service

I am very new to Att and had 4 cycles of bills paid so far
Most unprofessional company that I encountered in USA is Att I have been charged separate amount every 4 months for my bill and very poor customer care support.
Is anyone in same boat? I am thinking to switch to Verizon
