Very disappointed

After more than 15 yrs as an ALL ATT household now with 3 uverse tvs, internet and 4 cell phones, a rep just told me there are no options for lowering our bill which is almost $400/mo and we have minimal uverse programming as well as lower tiered internet and data plans. With so many companies fighting to take customers in this industry, I thought ATT would find a compromise to keep our business rather than lose us to a competitor.
