I just received this email:
Suspension warning
Past Due Amount: $
Total Amount Due: $
Account Number:
Date: 03/11/16
Dear DOUGLAS *****,

Thank you for being a valued customer. Our records indicate your payment has not been received; therefore your service is at risk of immediate suspension.

If you have already submitted payment or made an arrangement to pay, there is no need to call.

I don't understand why I'm getting this automated message when I already used the online Myatt and made a promise to pay with an extended date

This is why I prefer just talking to someone personally. It's not perfect either, but computers are supposed to be.

I already have an agreed extension. So according to this message I should disregard. But I'm receiving this message several days after arrangements were made. I can't get suspended and also can't afford a reconnecting fee.

Please fix this.
