I have had nothing but ***** Since I signed up for this slow *****! I have over paid since I've had it!! I call every month,I'm always assured that it's straightened out,I'm always charges a late charge no matter what,I have never received a bill that's correct!,each month it's some other *****charge that makes no since or shouldn't have been put on there! I AM SO SICK OF THIS STUPID ***** You stupid web site don't work nor does it have a button to complain! It just runs you around in circles to nowhere! [Per Guidelines: Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].AT&T SUX NOW WORSE THAN IT DID BACK THEN! Your customer service is an ***** joke! 95% of them don't know their ***** from a hole in the ground! I'm left on hold FOREVER,an numerous times! They don't have a clue about Directv accounts! Now Directv is starting to SUCK just as bad as AT&;T ! Neither can communicate with the other! They expect you to call either back an forth at@t to Directv via versa! An neither know {edited for word filter evasion} about the other so it's a never ending cycle that goes nowhere! After over an hour on the phone I'm so frustrated,stressed out,in a rage, that your I tire day is screwed! You are the WORST OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! An I'm 3 days older than dirt!
