I have been on customer care call for 3 hours to get my plan changed from post paid to pre paid

I have been on customer care call for 3 hours to get my plan changed from post paid to pre paid, everytime they drop me. its so frustating.

I shouldn't have chosen ATT. 

First i was surprised to see a bill of 133.5 ..then being dropped off after waiting for 1 hr each for three calls. Very poor customer service
