Terrible AT&T Customer Service

-I have been customer of ATT wireless for 8 years. I was sold our latest iphone 6's from ATT store. I then worked with support for the next 6 months to try to figure out why I had terrible coverage to work with the new phone. -In December/2015, I was finally called by an ATT agent/support tech who was looking at the cell map and advised me I had unfortunately been sold a phone that would not be supported on my tower for approx three years. I explained that I drive from work after midnight and this was a safety issue. She completely agreed and verified that Verizon was only company on that tower that would support the Iphone 6. She transferred me to CS, where I have been told the fees would be removed for safety reasons and since I had been such a good customer. -I have since been given the run around, many hours logged on phones and chats. Told it would be fixed over and over and I'd be called by supervisor over and over. The amount requires a supervisor. In the mean time ATT has turned me into collection agency. I am told over and over it will be taken care of, it has been over 3 months. Customer service says the right things and nothing happens. Most folks would have given up by now. - I have every bit of these interactions documented.
