Over 2 hours on the phone again with no solutions. What an incapable group of people. My husband was offered $200 per line to bring both myself and my son over from Verizon to his ATT account. Well months later all we have ever received is $100 and every lie and excuse as to not receiving the rest of the money. I was much better off and happier with Verizon. Is it a game to contact billing who then tells me after an hour it was through a deal with porting who over an hour later tells me they cant find that offer and there is nothing they can do. Why would we leave and go through this much hassle for $100. I think ATT loves to frustrate the consumer to no end so they will give up. We were verbally offered a promise that was false. Then one person says we have gift cards coming then the other says there isnt. I have never been so frustrated or heard such dribble. Please stop sending us specials for U-Verse, Direct TV etc.the farther I get from ATT the better. The first chance I get to switch back to Verizon I am gone. All the money we spent on new phones and 3 lines only to be lied to. Plus we are paying more money now than we did before. Worst move ever made. Definitely does not care about customers.
