Problem with AT&T Switcher Program -Phone under-appraised.

So I ported all my lines from Verizon with great hopes of being reimbursed by AT&T.
Turns out there is a line in the Fien Print that says your buyback must be appraised at $10 to receive the Switching Credit.
Unfortunately my 3 Verizon HTC Desire 626's in good condition are appraised at $5.00 making them ineligible for the buyback credit.
The same phone is worth $50-$150.

Any ideas what i can do?
