PLEASE HELP

My name is Ryan, 

 

I want to be real brief because i know that AT&T customer service reps, don't have time for my bull as I was told by one of the representatives before he hung up on me. I have been disputing a charge since last month, I have been hung up on, lied to, disrespected and I have no idea what I did to deserve this kind of treatment. Today, I called AT&T 8 times and was hung up on 5 of those 8 times.I have Video, voice recordings to prove my dispute is valid, but AT&T won't pull up their recorded call to validate - This has caused stress on me and my pregnant wife for over a month now and I just want to get to bottom of it. I am tired of your employees hanging up on me and I just want to be treated with respect! I have been with AT&T for 11yrs and this is how you love to treat your VALUED CUSTOMERS?? I have never been treated so badly in my life. Please help me resolve this........please!
