I ordered an I Phone 6s and needed to get a sim card to a I Phone 5s. The representative that took my order said that she didn't know how to get me a sim card. I called back and the representative I talked to said that she couldn't figure out how to order a sim card. I called back on a different day and explained to the customer service representative what I needed and she said she would order me a sim card. She put me on hold and came back to the phone and informed me that I would have my sim card in 2-3 days. The card never came. I called AT&T back. The customer service representative said that a sim card had not been ordered and that I have to go to an AT&T store to get a sim card and that they are free. I was very upset because at this point I have been lied to. I asked for a supervisor to call me and I have yet to receive a call. I started this process in January. I now have another problem with some charges on my new bill and customer service informed me that there is nothing that can be done about the charges. I did get the mailing address to the corporate office. Any suggestions? Since AT&T has acquired Direct TV their customer has went down tremendously.
