Anyone having or ever had an issue with AT&T erroneously billing their last statement? Since bills charge for upcoming services, should one cancel their account, shouldn't most of the bill be pro-rated back? I used four days of a 31 day billing cycle and my $110.70 bill was only reduced to $88.70. This is totally ridiculous. I've filed a complaint with the FCC. Is there any other recourse to resolve this?
