I was recently looking to down size my plan from the 15g plan to the 5g plan since on both devices with wifi at home and work we use about 2g per device on a high month but they are billing me for 7-8g. We reset our data usage with the billing cycle. I've been noticing this getting worse over the years I've been with iPhone since they came out and att since 2004-2005. How can we get them to bill is correctly the customer service also has been getting harder to understand and less helpful with these issues.
