I been a customer with ATT wireless for years. I now enjoy the service so much I now have Uverse internet and landland with ATT.  However I am noticing after years of loyalty many times when I call I don't get any loyalty just lies. I recently called on 2/22/16 I spoke with Lita  and then transferred a 3rd time to customer loyalty person name Rhonda. Rhonda looked at all my bills with ATT and said that that she could save me money. She told me that my 4 lines could go to a unlimited data talk and text for $178. she told me that my uverse could go to bill of $178 with out tax of course. As i was checking the information today I looked at email summary of my bills and the Uverse bill is now $213. That of course promoted me to look at ATT wireless. Not  only was it wrong the primary number she said needed to be on the unlimited talk data and text was NOT ON THE BILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so the amount she quoted was a lie. Every billing cycle I feel like I am being rob because it is different every month. Over 1/6 of my pay check goes to ATT. Because i like the services does not mean you need to rob me every month. My bills changes every month and they blame taxes every month. For a year I stop calling but I lately I have called every month about something new that has happen with one of the cellphones with out warning. I have not had a consistent bill for over 3 years with ATT Or Uverse. I guess if i want that i need to go else where. THanks for robbing me. If it wasn't for my kids loving your service I would drop this Uverse and wireless. BUt i know you don't care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
