I have been with ATT 10 yrs. I've paid over $40K during those 10 years. I have struggled to pay through the years, made arrangements, but ALWAYS paid my bill! a few months ago, my divorced daughter got back on my plan. she went over on her data, which was a phenomonal! I suspended her line, dropped the data, and made her get her own line. (she's grown) anyway, I had made a previous arrangement which would draft out of my account. I was paid today, the $200 drafted from my account, then I called to see what I could do about the other past due bill of $370 which still had overages. I agreed to pay $150 if they could let have the other $220 drafted from my account on the 11th. I went through 3 supervisors and not 1 would help me! said they would cut off the phone tonight if I didn't pay it, so I ended up having to borrow money to pay it. I just can't believe after all the years of loyalty and all the money I have given which is an outrageous amount, I might add... I'm so mad! but I have no where I can even email anyone with my complaint...
