I have been a att,cingular,att and att/directv customer for years.... Today checking my account online I see big red letters account past due on Feb 21st... My bill for the last 6 months has been due the 1ST of the month.. I called this morning to find out how a company can change my due date and why it was done.. I spent 56 minutes on the phone and transferred 3 times.. Nobody could answer why it was done.. I was told they could transfer me to another dept,, they MIGHT know why.. I think an hour of my time wasted was enough.. Laughed and hung up.. 20 years and it might be time to move on.. Anybody else have this issue? Steve
