I have made a payment arrangement for years to pay my bill on the 4th or 5th of the month which is always anywhere from 450.00 to 670.00 or so at any rate AT&T saw fit to change my due date from the 6th to the 2nd but I was still able to make my payment on the 4th or 5th and then I finally got a check before the 3rd paid the bill changed my due date to the 6th was told 35 or 40.00 in pro ration was not told would be charged for phone again that month so got a bill for 200.00 and something then got a another bill for 508.00 called to make a payment arrangement for 673.39 and was told could only go to the 23rd had them extend it was told call back later should be able to extend to the 5th. Called today could only extend to the 24th still does not help I don't get social security until the 3rd of the month which means I will be suspended for non payment charged a reinstatement fee and unable to make another payment arrangement. As u see it the company does not care about my 7 long term phones or the fact that I pay over half my social security to AT&T..I will be forced to go to another company. I realize that my bill is always behind but I have never missed a payment arrangement and it is only due to circumstances that I have to do this. I don't blame the customer service reps for this I blame the company for tying there hands for a faithful customer. I have til the 25th to get a new service somewhere else and I promise you I will tell all my friends how I was treated after all these years.
