Hi, recently I tried to buy a phone from AT&T online. I was going to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. But then I guess after I made the purchase with my credit card the company said my credit wasn't good enough and told me that my purchase wad canceled and that my credit card wasn't charged. But then I went to my account and saw that the company still took out the money which was $43.05. Which I would want back since the purchase isn't even going to be going through! Anyway, this was the only way I could actually fund a way to contact the company. For, I don't have a phone to contact by but my email is *** please please give back my money because it's frustrating.
