I have received an email stating that "Smartphones are made for surfing the web, social networking, email and more. Our records indicate your Smartphone does not have an appropriate data plan, so we have added our most popular plan, DataPro 3GB, to your account at $30 a month."
I find this highly objectionable as it clearly states that "we HAVE ADDED" as in a fiat acconpli.
There is no obligation on my part to pay for services not solicited, approved or accepted by me.
I find the tone of this communication to be extremely arrogant.
My question is: How fast does AT&T want to see me switch services?
