Hello I recently paid off the balance on my galaxy s5 I was making monthly payments for the device. I want to upgrade to a new phone and the att site said I first had to pay the remaining balance on the device so I did. The issue I'm running across is that UVERSE keeps saying that I still need to pay the balance but I already did.. And my bank has already reflected the payment and I received a confirmation email from att that I paid the balance how do I get that issue fixed?
