I enrolled in paperless billing for my combined Direct TV + ATT wireless bill in order to receive 400 Plenti points. My Plenti points summary shows 400 points still pending as of 1/13 and then shows 400 points actually deducted on 1/14. Plenti says the deduction was taken by AT&T. Why?????
